Sell & Source is a business-to-business platform that facilitates connections between OEMs and vendors. We provide tools for communication, verification, and business relationship management.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraudulent activities, harassment, spam, violation of intellectual property rights, and any illegal activities.

5. Verification Process

All users undergo a verification process. Sell & Source reserves the right to verify submitted information and may request additional documentation. False information may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sell & Source facilitates connections but is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of products or services exchanged between users. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
